Introduction to Weaving - Basics
This course will teach you how to set up a loom, weave, and finish your project. You will have the use of our looms and equipment. All materials are included.

Cost $300. for members
$350. for non members
We also have mentoring to learn to weave every Tuesday at our guild studio. This is a longer approach to learn to weave.

Beginner Spinning
Every Thursday our spinners meet at our weavespinstudio. We have available spinning wheels to use on the premises or to rent.
Our spining start at 1 pm

Rigid Heddle weaving
The rigid heddle loom is a firm two-shaft frame loom. This is an affordable loom, and depending on the width, allows the weaver to make scarves, tea towels, mats, shawls, etc.
Students can bring their own rigid heddle loom or we can provide you with one. Material will be provided

Dyeing Workshop
Various methods can be used to dye fabric or yarn. It can be all natural or synthetic dyes.

Baskets
Wednesday is our basket day. There is no fee for this activity if you are a member. The cost of supplies varies by basket.
